We want every single client to have the best experience at Lush Lab TX. To keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please take a moment to read our policies before booking.

Have Small Children? For the safety of your little ones and the comfort of our guests, we highly recommend that children do not accompany you to your appointment. Our clinical environment contains sharp instruments, medical-grade equipment, and chemicals that are not safe for small children. Additionally, our providers require full concentration to ensure the highest level of precision and safety during your treatment. If children are present, your appointment may require additional time or need to be rescheduled to support the full concentration needed to ensure the highest level of precision and safety during your treatment.

Deposits To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount is 20% of the total service cost, or a minimum of $50, whichever is greater. This amount will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your service. — it is not an extra charge. All deposits are non-refundable for any reason including cancellations and no-shows. If you reschedule within 24-48 hours, your deposit can be applied toward a rescheduled appointment only if rebooked within 14 business days. 

Cancellations & No-Shows All deposits are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. Cancelling or missing your appointment means that time can no longer be offered to another client. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will have their deposit applied to their rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will have their deposit applied toward a rescheduled appointment only if rebooked within 14 business days — after 14 business days the deposit is forfeited in full. Cancellations made within 24 hours will have their deposit applied toward a rescheduled appointment only if rebooked within 7 business days — after 7 business days the deposit is forfeited in full. No-shows will forfeit their deposit in full and repeat no-shows will be required to pay in full at the time of booking for all future appointments.

Refunds on Services Due to the nature of aesthetic services we do not offer refunds on completed treatments. We take great care to consult with every client before each service to ensure we are aligned on goals, expectations, and results. We highly recommend taking advantage of your complimentary 2 week follow-up appointment after every treatment. This is the sweet spot where your results have fully settled and we can check in, address any concerns, and make any minor adjustments needed to make sure you are absolutely loving what you see in the mirror. Think of it as your built-in peace of mind! If anything feels off before your 2 week follow-up please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will take great care of you.

Refunds on Products & Digital Products All product and digital product sales including the Golden Glow Blueprint are final. No refunds or exchanges once purchased or delivered.

Late Arrivals We love seeing you but please know that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule out of respect for our next client. Your deposit is non-refundable in this situation and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
