SMS / Text Message Marketing

By opting in to text messages from Lush Lab TX, you agree to receive marketing and informational texts, including appointment reminders, promotional offers, and service updates.

  • Message frequency varies. I send texts based on upcoming promotions and your appointment activity.

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  • To opt out, reply STOP at any time to any text message from me. You can also text HELP for assistance.

  • I collect and store your phone number solely to communicate with you as part of this program. I do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

  • My SMS program is managed through Klaviyo. Klaviyo processes phone numbers on my behalf as a service provider.

Cookies and Website Tracking

My website (www.lushlabtx.com) uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and track activity, including items you may have added to a booking cart. If you have abandoned a booking or cart, this information may be used to send you a reminder via email or SMS. You can adjust cookie preferences through your browser settings.

How I Share Your Information

I do not sell your personal information. I may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who help me operate my business, including:

  • My booking and practice management platforms

How Long I Keep Your Information

I retain your information for as long as needed to provide services to you and comply with applicable laws. Medical intake records are kept according to Texas state healthcare documentation requirements. You may request deletion of non-medical marketing data at any time.
